They were designed by Holly Joffrion and the owners to inspire and grow the Orlando Arts Community by providing inspiring backdrops & studio spaces to content creators, photographers, videographers, and individuals looking to grow & connect. All access to the property is limited to temporary creative use only, during designated hours, and while the homeowner is present on-site. Nothing in the use of this space shall be interpreted as creating a lease, tenancy, residency, or any form of occupant rights.
